How do you determine your rates?

Our rates are based on the size of your home, the type of service you require, and the frequency of cleaning. Prices are estimates, we’ll assess your space and provide a final quote during the free consultation.

What cleaning products do you use?

We strive to use eco-friendly and sustainable cleaning products whenever possible because we care about your health and the environment. However, we select the most effective products for each job to ensure the highest quality of cleanliness and safety for your home. During your consultation, we're happy to discuss any specific preferences or accommodations you may need regarding cleaning products.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

It's up to you! You can choose to be home during the cleaning or provide us with access to your property. We ensure secure handling of keys and access information.

What is your cancellation policy?

We request that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance but we understand that life is unpredictable and we will always try to accommodate you and your household. However, repeat cancellations without fair notice may lead to loss of priority scheduling.

What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will make arrangements to address and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

How can I trust the cleaners you send to my home?

Our team members are thoroughly vetted, trained, and insured. We strive to assign the same cleaners for recurring services to build trust and ensure consistent quality.

Can I request special tasks or services?

Absolutely! We are happy to accommodate special requests. Please mention them during your booking or initial consultation so we can tailor the cleaning to your specifications.
